This hospital is founded by Dr. R.Ramadhas Director and Senior Orthopaedic Surgeon on 24.04.2002. It is situated the southern end of Kannyakumari at Edalakudy, Nagercoil in the NH 47. It is mainly an Orthopaedic Hospital which deals with accident and emergency trauma cases round the clock with ortho associated surgical speciality cases. This hospital gives comprehensive orthopaedic care to all trauma patients. Our director & Senior Orthopaedic Surgeon Dr. R.Ramadhas is young and energetic one of the leading orthopaedic and trauma surgeon in the south of Tamil Nadu.

SROH is also provided to deserving people undergo major orthopaedic operations particularly joint replacement surgeries. The disaster struck on 26.12.2004, SROH provided free surgical and medical treatment for the victims. Every month SROH conducted free medical camps at rural areas.
